ISDN Line Calling Features
Selected/Permanent Outgoing Call Barring - If you are concerned with certain types of calls made, let us know and we can simply bar UK Local and National, UK Mobiles, International, Non Geographic and Premium Rate numbers.
Call Waiting with Call Hold - If you are a single telephone line user, with call waiting you can identify if another caller is trying to get through by an automated beep.
Incoming Call Barring - This simply blocks all incoming calls.
Call Deflection - This is a selective service that allows a call to be forwarded without accepting it.
Call Diversion/Call Forwarding/Admin Call Forwarding/Diverts - Call diverts ensure users can divert or forward calls to another phone. Divert features include: Divert all calls, Divert on no reply, Divert on engaged. Alternatively calls can be forwarded by ellesys through administration controls.
Calling Line Identity Presentation (CLIP) - Allows your telephone number to be seen on your callers display.
Prompt Care - This is the middle level of care ensuring all faults are picked up from 08.30 to 17.30 Monday to Saturday. Level care 2 users are handled with higher priority
Total Care - This is the highest grade of care level and are ideal for users who need extra cover all day every day including Bank holidays, weekends and out of hours after 17.30 and before 08.30. Faults are picked up immediately and are treated with priority service.
